Our Accountability to Our Customers and Prospects
By purchasing our services, you obtain the protections of and consent to the data processing practices described in this Privacy Statement.
The purpose for which the data is being collected is to receive online assessments to produce customer and employee relationship quality results. Data is collected when a client purchases an assessment. The client provides us with a list of contacts or employees which we assess and we measure the quality of their relationships.
Our clients provide us with basic customer data such as names and email addresses. We need this data in order to provide customer relationship quality consultancy services to our clients. This is in the form of an online assessment. Contact information will be processed by Confirmit’s survey and data collection software (by email) and retained by Deep-Insight. Survey results are processed in the UK and Ireland and fed back to clients in the form of pdf reports and an online portal. This online portal is hosted in the UK.
Client customer data is processed by Confirmit (www.confirmit.com), a leading online survey technology service provider.
We keep survey data for as long as is contractually required by our clients. This timeframe varies contractually from client to client.
Your information is yours and you are not required to share it with us and can also withdraw your consent at any time.
In addition to the privacy protections that we provide, our trusted partners are independently responsible for ensuring compliance with this Privacy Statement, as described below.
